                          THE LOSS OF A LOVED ONE

The loss of a loved one often has a devastating effect on the person who suffered

the loss and the negative effects sometimes last for years making it very hard for

life to go on for the affected person. Any loss, be it the death of a loved one or

even an important relationship break up, comes under the heading of an

UPSET/TRAUMA with the very negative effects mentioned in "Identities

What happens is the recipient of the loss seems to become stuck in the upset, they

can't get it off their mind day or night and the low mood and feelings persist also

their self worth and confidence drops. It is very similar to what is known as Post

Traumatic Stress Disorder, the negative effects not only drain ones energy, but in

severe cases the person feels so low they may even think of not continuing with

life.

As mentioned, ALL upsets/traumas cause the creation of negative Identities, which

hold all the negative feelings and emotions in place.  Any thing negative always

feels heavy, when you hear someone say, "I feel weighed down with problems" it

is true - the negative energy from upsets/traumas actually has weight and after a

"Mace Energy Method" session most clients say "I feel light" or "I feel so calm". 

When the negative energy is eliminated one actually does feel light and all negative

feelings and emotions disappear, replaced by the natural positive ones.
